Carnival City provides the platform for the introduction of the Vosloorus Spruitview Business Against Crime’s campaign against women and children abuse on Women’s Day. The campaign, #365 Days of No Violence Against Women and Children,will take place at Carnival City’s Mardi Gras Theatre and will feature an inspiring talk by motivational speaker Linda Ntuli, poetry and other entertainment.
The campaign is an extension of the annual sixteen days of activism against women and children which usually takes place in November and December each year. Vosloorus Spruitview Business Against Crime wants to elevate awareness of the ever growing scourge of abuse and murder of women and children in South Africa. Tickets cost R95 per person at Computicket.
