Catch Bobby van Jaarsveld, Amanda Black, FreshlyGround and more on one stage

Some of South Africa’s best loved artists – including FreshlyGround, Bobby van Jaarsveld, Amanda Black, Jack Parow, Refentse, Bok van Blerk, Emtee, Hussein Valley and Black Motion – come together on one stage this Heritage Day at Carnival City. The Heritage Unity Festival on 24 September 2017 features these and many more artists in a colourful cross over of Afrikaans, pop and afro-pop music.

The vibrant showcase will take place on Carnival City’s sprawling Festival Lawns from 09h00. Tickets are priced at R250 per adult at Computicket. Tickets for children under 12 are R100 while children under five can enjoy the show for free. Cooler boxes will be avialble at the gate for R120 per person.

Unity is something to which the South African nation has aspired since the dawn of democracy. The Heritage Unity Festival offers a platform for South Africans to celebrate their heritage and the rich tapestry of cultures that make up South Africa. Revelers are urged to wear their traditional gear to the concert.

“This is diversity at its very best. For good music, good food, cultural exchange and lots of fun with family and friends in the fresh outdoors, this where you want to be this Heritage Day,’ says Michelle Smith, the Marketing Manager at Carnival City.
