Sun City goes big on entertainment over the Easter long weekend with a super charged lineup of family styled activities, live bands and DJs, gastronomical food, chocolate infused fun and so much more.
“Visitors will have loads of opportunities to create lasting memories with us over the Easter weekend. We have an action-packed lineup of entertainment and outdoor activities scheduled at Sun City, where the sun always shines,” says Thapelo Modise, Marketing Manager at Sun City.
Amongst the highlights are performances by Locnville (LCVL) between 13h00 and 14h00 on the Saturday and Sunday at Valley of Waves. Popular resident vocalist Clinton Viljoen will open for the award winning electro duo. Easter characters will be roaming the resort and guests will have a chance to take some happy snaps with them at the selfie booth at Sun Central. DJs will be on the decks daily at the Valley of Waves from 09h00 to 18h00 and there will be artists and bands entertaining guests in the evenings at the resort’s hotels and many of the restaurants.
“It’s all about maintaining a cheerful Easter ambience throughout the resort,” adds Modise.
For the little ones, there are Easter egg hunts and Easter themed craft workshops to get stuck into with Kamp Kwena on the Cabanas Lawns. On Family Day (Monday, 21 April), guests can peruse a variety of stalls at the Easter Market at the Monkey Spring Plaza.
Sun City is where the fun never stops. Aside from the Easter activities, there is an array of entertainment and activities for all ages. The resort boasts over 30 restaurants, a diversity of activities and two world class golf courses all conveniently situated within one secure and beautiful location. The Valley of Waves is renowned for its wave pool, thrilling water slides and the Chimp & Zee aerial rope adventure course.
