WOMEN360 FORMS PART OF THE OFFICIAL MISS SOUTH AFRICA 2018 REGIONALS



 
Women360 is a first-of-its-kind experiential event which embraces what it is to be a woman.  The show will take place at the new Sun Parks at three Sun International venues around the country. It also forms part of the official Miss South Africa regional judging.
 
This aspirational event showcases the latest trends in all aspects of a woman’s life – from fashion and beauty to health and wellness.  It is dedicated to presenting a positive, constructive, educational and entertaining platform, showcasing a variety of options available for women who wish to explore new avenues to enrich and enhance their lives.
 
Women360 takes place at the Sibaya Casino, Sun Park in Durban from Friday, February 23, to Sunday, February 25; at Cape Town’s Grand West Casino and Entertainment World, Sun Park from Friday, March 16, to Sunday, March 18.  It wraps up at Carnival City Sun Park in Johannesburg from Friday, April 13, to Sunday, April 15. It is open on Friday from 16h00 onwards, Saturday from 10h00 to 21h00 and on Sunday from 10h00 to 18h00.
 
As part of the official roadshow for the Miss South Africa pageant, regional competitions will be held at Women360 to determine the Top 12 Miss South Africa finalists.
 
A record number of entries has been received following Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters’ triumphant crowning as Miss Universe last year. Attendees at Women360 can look forward to meeting Dr Adè van Heerden, the current Miss South Africa 2017.
 
Highlights at Women360 include a Moroccan Market;  World of Cosmetics and Beauty; Fashion Station and a stylish Oyster & Champagne Garden which will be the hub of entertainment.
 
There’s also a compilation of exhibits and activations that are a tribute to the trends and aspirations of women today. These will showcase fashion trends, active wear, make-up and make-overs as well as this latest fitness and training techniques.
 
Experts in their fields will host  workshops covering diverse topics such as
fitness and healthy living, local trends in nutrition, aesthetics and preventative medicine, mental health, self defense and managing social media risks.
 
Miss South Africa 2018 will be crowned on May 27 at the pageant’s diamond jubilee to be held at Sun International’s new flagship Time Square Sun Arena in Pretoria. The winner will take the crown and more than R2-million in prizes. Registration for those wishing to enter Miss South Africa 2018 is open on the Miss South Africa website www.misssa.co.za
